Buying Our Beef
Our beef is for sale as a whole beef, half (side), or by the quarter. A “quarter” is simply a side of beef split into 2 equal portions. Order early as supplies are limited.

2017 Prices
The price is per pound by actual picked up weight and includes cutting and wrapping. You can pick up your beef at the Farm. Delivery to a central location in your area may also be available.
We ask for a deposit at the time of ordering. Ask about discounts for larger and early deposits for 2016.
If you don’t have enough freezer space share with a neighbour, or we can store your beef  for a small fee. ( half penny per lb. per day)
A cubic foot of freezer holds at least 25 lbs of beef. A 5 cubic foot freezer would easily hold a quarter. An 8 cubic foot freezer would hold a half.

Whole beef 320-360 lb. x $7.75 per lb. = $2480 – $2790
fill out cutting order. Deposit $1000
about 50% roasts and steaks and 50% ground beef.
12 lb. beef bones and some organ meats included at your option for no extra cost.

Half Beef 160 – 180 lb. x $8.00 per lb. = $1280 – $1440
fill out cutting order. Deposit $500
about 50% roasts and steaks and 50% ground beef.
6 lb beef bones and some organ meats included at your option for no extra cost.

Quarter Beef 80 -90 lb. x $8.25 per lb. = $660-$742.50
Three standard order options. Deposit $250
about 50% roasts and steaks and 50% ground beef.
3 lb. beef bones and 3 lb. liver included at your option for no extra cost.

Smaller boxes $8.50 per lb. You pick size, 20 lb minimum. $2.50 per lb. deposit.
about 50% roasts and steaks, 50% ground beef.
